Alveo Land Corp. is targeting P7.4 billion in sales from its project, The Residence Evo, that will rise in Evo City in Kawit Cavite.
Evo City is the latest mixed-used project of Ayala Land Inc., the mother company of Alveo Land.
Jenylle Tupaz, Alveo president, said The Residences Evo is being sold at an average price P9.7 million per lot or an average price of P30,000 per square meter (sqm).
Alveo is offering 395 lots for sale out of the 760 lots available, comprising the first phase of the project, with each lot having an average size of 326 sqm.
“The Residences at Evo City will offer the ideal living experience in the South. With the seamless synergy of all the Ayala brands involved, Evo City will become a prime CBD that will drive growth and progress in Cavite,” said Tupaz.
“This will be an estate that delivers complete work and living experiences in a well-masterplanned and sustainable environment,” she added.
Tupaz said the first phase of The Residences Evo is close to sold out after doing a sales pitch to preferred buyers a month ago.
Buyers include individuals that are able to pay a monthly amortization of P200,000.
Tupaz said turnover of lots in The Residences Evo will be in 2020.
The Residences Evo is the first to be launched of all projects that will rise in the 200-hectare Evo City, targeted to be the next central business district of the south.
