The Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) Inc., received a Silver Plaque of Appreciation from the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in a ceremony last April 19, 2017 at the PRC Logistics and Multipurpose Hall in Mandaluyong City.

PCA was recognized by PRC for being an outstanding humanitarian partner for 2016, as well as for its active involvement in the "Always First, Always Ready, Always There" thrust of the said organization. Among the major partners who were also recognized during the ceremony were Wilcon Depot and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

"Today we honor you [partners and donors]. And we are hoping that by your example, we can create a culture of giving. It should not be something that is forced upon us, but it must be a culture that we feel we are duty-bound to give on a regular basis," expressed Philippine Red Cross Secretary General Atty.  Oscar P.  Palabyab.

PCA was represented by Ms. Bianca Martinez, Executive Assistant of the PCA Foundation Inc., in the said ceremony.
