38 contractors in CIAP’s consolidated blacklist as of January 31 2017

38 contractors have been blacklisted by the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) as of the end of January this year, effectively barring them from participating in all government procurement opportunities during period of disqualification.

In a list posted in the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) website,  the 38 contractors were blacklisted by various government infrastructure agencies due to one or more of the following grounds/offenses: misinterpretation of financial qualification, submission of spurious contractor’s license, submission of spurious or false documents or misinterpretation of Sustaining Technical Employee.
