Philippines' biggest construction show to top 800 exhibitors

MANILA, Philippines- Over 700 local exhibitors and 150 first time foreign exhibitors are expected to participate in the biggest construction show in the country, the Philconstruct Manila 2016. Coinciding with HVAC/R Philippines, the event will be held on November 10-13, 2016 in two massive venues- the SMX Convention Center and the World Trade Center Manila.

In the Exhibitors Briefing yesterday, Philconstruct Events, Exhibitions and Conferences Corporation (PEECC) Board of Director and Philconstruct 2016 Over-All Chairman Wilfredo Decena revealed some of the highlights of the show. 

"We are expecting 100,000 trade visitors in the span of four days. This will be an exhibition that buyers wouldn't want to miss," Decena said.

In a separate statement,  Philippine Society of Ventilating, Air-Conditioning and Refrigerating Engineers (PSVARE) President and HVAC/R 2016 Chairman Leandro Conti thanked all the returning exhibitors and welcomed the new exhibitors this year.

"We extend our sincerest appreciation for your unrelenting support to our industry's continuous campaign for growth and excellence," Conti said.

"This year's HVAC/R Manila will be having over 65 participating companies, with 194 booths on a 1, 749 square meters exhibitors space, " he added. 

Philconstruct Manila showcases the best in the building industry, with conferences and workshops focused on latest technologies and business trends relevant to the industry. In 2015, the event hosted more than 1,535 booths and 1, 314 participating companies. 

Organizers of the event includes: PhilConstruct Events, Exhibitions and Conferences Corporation (PEECC), Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) Inc., and Philippine Society of Ventilating, Air-Conditioning & Refrigerating Engineers. Furthermore, it is supported by Association of Carriers & Equipment Lessors (ACEL) Inc. and managed by Global-Link MP Events International Inc.
